5th and 8th STAAR Reports available online via Family Access
Parents are now able to access their 5th and/or 8th grade student’s STAAR unique access code via Skyward Family Access.  Parents can use the STAAR access code and their student’s date of birth to access STAAR scores via the Texas Assessment Data Portal.  Included in the link below are directions showing how to pull this information as well as a short description of the new performance labels

Celebrating the rich and varied culture of Klein through food!

Please help us celebrate the cultures that form Klein’s diverse community. The Unite for Understanding Council of Klein is spearheading a cultural cookbook project! This cookbook in creation is to celebrate the myriad of cultures that make up the Klein community through the best recipes from around the globe.

The Through Your Eyes Multimedia Student Contest is a unique opportunity for everyone in the Klein ISD to celebrate the extraordinary technology skills of our students and teachers. All Klein ISD students (K-12) are invited to participate.
Congratulations to our Coyotes, Abby Hooks and Layla Sanchez, who were recognized with 2nd place  in the K-2 category.

School Times for 2016-2017
• 7:30 a.m. Breakfast students only may enter the building
• 7:45 a.m. Breakfast guests and all other students may enter the building . (This is a change for adult breakfast guests. This allows time for our office staff to get V-Soft up and running for check in.) Students will go straight to their classroom.
• 8:15 a.m. Tardy Bell and Music/PE classes begin for assigned classes.
• 8:20 a.m. School Announcements/Pledge to the Flags
• 3:16 p.m. Dismiss Walkers, Bus Riders, and Day Care
• 3:20 p.m. Dismiss Bike Riders, Car Riders, and Campus Kids

Visitors During Lunch-
Lunch guests are welcome on our campus. Each grade level will have a designated day for you to share lunch with your child. Arrangements for an alternate day may be made in advance through the front office.
  • Mondays- Kindergarten
  • Tuesdays - 1st Grade
  • Wednesdays - 2nd Grade
  • Thursdays - 3rd Grade
  • Fridays - 4th and 5th Grade

There will be open lunch on KC Character days and Hoedown (Go Texan Day).
